My Serenity Foundation is a community-centric nonprofit based in Richmond, Virginia, dedicated to supporting families through the critical life stages that define who we become — pregnancy, early childhood, major transitions, and everything in between.
We were founded in October 2025 because too many Richmond families were navigating some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives without a trusted partner. Too many mothers giving birth without a doula. Too many newborns going home without essentials. Too many parents facing transitions without a single consistent guide.
We built My Serenity Foundation to be that guide. We offer baby and child essentials, professional doula care, personalized life coaching, and notary services — all under one roof, all rooted in compassion, all designed to meet families exactly where they are.
Services & Support
Baby & Child Essentials Assistance
We provide diapers, formula, clothing, hygiene products, and essential baby supplies to families who need them most. No family should have to choose between their baby's needs and everything else life demands. Distribution is available through a donation-based, sliding scale, and free model for qualifying families.
Professional Doula Care
Birth is one of the most transformative experiences of a person's life — and no one should navigate it alone. Our certified doulas provide personalized emotional, physical, and informational support before, during, and after childbirth. Prenatal visits, continuous labor support, postpartum care, breastfeeding guidance, and fourth-trimester check-ins are all included. Sliding scale fees available.
Personalized Life Coaching
Major life transitions — new parenthood, relocation, loss, personal reinvention — can feel disorienting without support. Our certified life coaches work one-on-one with families to create clarity, build confidence, and move forward with purpose. Sessions are available virtually and in person. A free initial consultation is included for all new clients.
Notary Services
Important life moments come with important documents. Our commissioned notary public provides accessible, reliable notarization for wills, powers of attorney, affidavits, custody agreements, medical documents, and other family-related legal paperwork. Mobile notary available for families who cannot travel. Fixed fee per notarization — contact us for current rates.
